Do not eat Nestle chicken pizza or lasagna
Nestle USA is recalling approximately 267,024 pounds of DiGiorno Tuscan-style chicken pizza and Stouffer's chicken lasagna because they may contain small pieces of glass. The company received multiple consumer complaints about glass fragments in these products. No injuries have been confirmed so far.
- Do not eat DiGiorno Tuscan-style chicken pizza (19.03 oz boxes, codes 601752592 or 601852591, best by Aug. 2016) or Stouffer's chicken lasagna (96 oz boxes, code 5355595915, best by Jan. 2018)
- Throw away these products or return them to the store
- Call Nestle Consumer Relations at 1-800-681-1676 with questions
- Contact your doctor if you have swallowed glass or have concerns about an injury
