Washington Beef ground beef recalled for foreign material contamination

Don't eat Washington Beef ground beef
Washington Beef, LLC recalled approximately 30,260 pounds of ground beef in tube packaging produced on December 27, 2018, because it may contain foreign material. The affected products have a sell-by or freeze-by date of January 20, 2019, and are marked with establishment number "EST. 235" on the USDA inspection seal. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat this ground beef if you have it at home.
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Check your freezer—some product may still be frozen and stored there.
- Call Washington Beef at (855) 472-6455 with questions about the recall.
