Do not eat Freshology Southwest Chicken Salad
Freshology chicken salad products contain ranch dressing with egg, an allergen that is not listed on the package label. The recall affects 12 oz. packages with an "Eat By" date of 03/25/2016 that were shipped to food service locations in California. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you have them
- Throw away the chicken salad or return it to where you bought it
- Check the package for establishment number P-51168 inside the USDA inspection mark
- Call your doctor if you or someone in your household consumed this product and has an allergic reaction
