Do not eat California Jerky Factory beef jerky
California Jerky Factory recalled multiple beef jerky products because of a processing problem that may have left the meat undercooked or unsafe. The affected products were made between December 2017 and January 2018. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your pantry for beef jerky with expiration dates of 12/04/18, 12/05/18, or 01/02/19
- Look for "Beef Jerky Store," "California Jerky Factory," "Eurasia DELIGHT," or "Vua Kho Bo" brand names
- Do not eat these products; throw them away or return them to where you bought them
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1-888-674-6854 with questions
