Connoisseur's Kitchen frozen chicken curry products recalled for Listeria contamination
Throw out Connoisseur's Kitchen frozen chicken products
Connoisseur's Kitchen recalled approximately 880 pounds of frozen ready-to-eat chicken entree products (Spice Mantra Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken) because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes, a harmful bacteria. The products were made on August 3, 2022, and shipped to Alaska and Washington. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat these products if you have them: Spice Mantra Chicken Korma or Butter Chicken in 2-lb boxes with lot codes 220803-406US or 220803-400US
- Throw away the products or return them to where you bought them
- If you are pregnant, elderly, or have a weakened immune system and ate these products, watch for fever, muscle aches, or flu-like symptoms within two months and contact your doctor
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. ET) with questions
