Discard BrucePac ready-to-eat meat and poultry products
BrucePac, a facility in Durant, Oklahoma, recalled approximately 9.9 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products produced between June 19 and October 8, 2024, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These products were sent to restaurants, institutions, and other businesses nationwide. Testing confirmed Listeria in ready-to-eat chicken produced by BrucePac, but no illnesses have been reported so far.
- Look for establishment numbers '51205' or 'P-51205' on product labels
- Do not serve or consume recalled products
- Discard the products or return them to where you bought them
- If you ate these products and develop fever or muscle aches within 2 months, contact a doctor
- Call USDA at 888-674-6854 with questions about food safety
