Whole Foods Markets ready-to-eat products recalled for undeclared peanut allergen
Do not eat Whole Foods chili and burrito products
Whole Foods Markets is recalling approximately 33,191 pounds of ready-to-eat products including chili, burritos, and quesadillas sold between January 14 and February 5, 2015. The products contain peanuts that were not listed on the label due to contamination in a spice ingredient. No allergic reactions have been reported.
- Check your freezer for affected Whole Foods products with production dates January 14–February 5, 2015
- Do not eat these products if you have a peanut allergy
- Discard the products or return them to Whole Foods
- Call Whole Foods customer service at 1-512-477-5566 ext. 20060 with questions
