Throw out Yu Shang Food meat and poultry products
Yu Shang Food, Inc. recalled approximately 72,240 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The affected products were produced before October 28, 2024, and have "used by" dates through August 27, 2025. A federal inspection confirmed the contamination, and this is part of a multi-state outbreak investigation.
- Check your freezer and refrigerator for Yu Shang Food products with establishment number "P-46684" or "EST. M46684" on the USDA mark
- Do not eat these products—throw them away or return them to where you bought them
- If you ate these products and have flu-like symptoms within two months, contact your doctor and mention the contaminated food
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 with questions
