Throw out Yu Shang Food meat and poultry products
Yu Shang Food, Inc. recalled approximately 72,240 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products produced before October 28, 2024, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. Testing found the contamination in finished products and environmental samples, and the products have been linked to illnesses. These items were sold nationwide in retail stores and online.
- Do not eat Yu Shang Food ready-to-eat meat or poultry products produced before October 28, 2024 (check establishment number P-46684 or EST. M46684 on the package).
- Throw away the products or return them to the store where you bought them.
- If you or anyone in your household experiences fever, muscle aches, headache, or stiff neck within two months of eating these products, contact your doctor and mention the recalled food.
- Call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 with questions about the recall.
