Wegmans and Sugar Lake Farms breaded chicken recalled for undeclared egg, milk, and wheat allergens

Do not eat recalled Wegmans or Sugar Lake Farms chicken strips

Prime Pak Foods recalled approximately 23,250 pounds of fully cooked breaded chicken products because the labels failed to disclose three allergens: eggs, milk, and wheat. The affected products were distributed to hotels, restaurants, and institutions nationwide between June 2013 and March 2014. No allergic reactions have been reported so far.

• Check your freezer for Wegmans or Sugar Lake Farms breaded chicken products with codes 77064, 77065, 77409, or 77425
• Do not serve or eat these products if you or anyone in your household has allergies to eggs, milk, or wheat
• Throw away recalled products or return them to your supplier
• Call your doctor immediately if someone has an allergic reaction after eating these products
