Throw out CLS Gourmet pork products
CLS Gourmet (CL Saigon Food Company) in Philadelphia produced about 128,841 pounds of pork products without required federal inspection between April and December 2020. These products were sold nationwide under various brand names including Chả Sống, Nem Nướng, and other Vietnamese pork rolls and pâtés. No illnesses have been reported, but the products may not be safe to eat.
- Do not eat these products if you have them at home
- Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them
- Look for products labeled "Est. 8776" inside the USDA mark of inspection
