NAIL Factory frozen catfish products recalled for import violation from Vietnam
Throw out NAIL Factory frozen catfish products
NAIL Factory recalled approximately 1,635 pounds of frozen catfish products imported from Vietnam because the Vietnamese facility was not approved to export this type of fish to the U.S., and the products were not inspected upon arrival. The products were sold in Arizona, California, and Iowa, and some were distributed to nail salons. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you have them
- Throw away or return to the store: stewed walking catfish, stewed shark catfish, or fried walking catfish in 28.2-oz or 24.7-oz containers with a best-before date of Dec 30, 2025
- Call your doctor if you have eaten one of these products and feel sick
