Discard Market District Great to Go salads
Fresh Foods Manufacturing Co. recalled approximately 1,784 pounds of ready-to-eat salads sold under the Market District "Great to Go" brand due to potential E. coli O157:H7 contamination from contaminated romaine lettuce. The affected products were produced between April 9–12, 2018, and sold in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check if you have any Market District Great to Go salads with sell-by dates of 04/13/18 to 04/16/18 (Caesar with Chicken, Chicken and Bacon, or Chef Salad varieties)
- Do not eat these products; throw them away
- Seek immediate medical care if you experience bloody diarrhea, severe cramping, or decreased urination within 2–8 days of eating the salad
