Tyson Foods frozen chicken strips recalled for possible metal contamination
Do not eat Tyson frozen chicken strips
Tyson Foods recalled approximately 69,093 pounds of frozen fully cooked chicken strips because they may contain pieces of metal. The affected products were produced on November 30, 2018, and have "Best if used by NOV 30 2019" dates. Two consumers reported finding foreign material in the products, but no injuries have been confirmed.
- Do not eat these chicken strips if you have them in your freezer
- Check your packages for the establishment number "P-7221" on the back
- Throw away affected products or return them to the store where you bought them
- Call Tyson customer service at 1-866-886-8456 if you have questions
