Don't eat Atkins chicken burritos

Request Foods recalled approximately 17,568 pounds of Atkins brand chicken, cheese, and bean burritos because the packages contain egg and sausage instead of what's labeled, and don't list egg and soy allergens on the label. The frozen burritos were produced on December 19, 2016, and distributed nationwide.

  • Check your freezer for Atkins chicken burritos with "Best By" date of December 19, 2017, and lot number P-17644 inside the USDA inspection seal.
  • Do not eat the product if you have an egg or soy allergy.
  • Throw away the burritos or return them to where you bought them.
  • Call the USDA meat and poultry hotline at 1-888-674-6854 (available 10 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday) if you have questions.
