Grey Plume Provisions, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska produced and distributed approximately 471 pounds of salami, pepperoni, soppressata, and chorizo without required federal food safety inspection. The products were made between August 2015 and February 2016. These items do not carry the USDA inspection seal and were sold at wholesale locations in Iowa and Nebraska.
