E.N.A. Meat Packing frozen beef and lamb tripe recalled—produced without federal inspection
Throw out E.N.A. Meat Packing tripe and beef feet
E.N.A. Meat Packing Inc. recalled approximately 58,721 pounds of frozen raw beef tripe, beef feet, and lamb tripe products produced between January and August 2023 without federal inspection. The products were sold in New Jersey and New York to distributors and retailers. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat E.N.A. Meat Packing halal beef tripe, beef feet, or lamb tripe products.
- Throw away any of these products you have at home, or return them to where you bought them.
- Call USDA's Meat and Poultry Hotline at 888-674-6854 (10 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday) if you have questions.
- Seek medical care if you or a family member becomes ill after eating these products.
