North Country Smokehouse kielbasa recalled for potential metal contamination

Do not eat North Country Smokehouse kielbasa
North Country Smokehouse is recalling approximately 2,686 pounds of ready-to-eat kielbasa products that may contain metal fragments. The affected products were made on February 7–8, 2019, and were distributed to stores nationwide. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer and refrigerator for North Country Smokehouse or Kilchurn Estate kielbasa with "Consume by" dates of 04/23/19 or 05/09/19 and establishment number "EST. 5390A" on the package.
- Do not eat these products.
- Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them.
- Call North Country Smokehouse at (603) 543-0234 ext. 207 if you have questions.
