4 Frendz, LLC in Clarkston, Washington recalled approximately 497 pounds of Southfork Sausage beef jerky products because they were not fully processed, which could allow harmful bacteria to survive. The affected products were made between August 10, 2015, and April 11, 2016, and were sold in Idaho and Washington.

  • Do not eat Southfork Sausage beef jerky (Mesquite Pepper, Honey, Mesquite, Teriyaki, or Hot Honey varieties)
  • Check packages for establishment number EST. M22017 on the USDA inspection seal
  • Throw away the product or return it to the store
