Lorraine Quiche with pork recalled for import violation; no inspection

Don't eat Lorraine Quiche with pork

Maître Saladier Inc. recalled about 6,000 pounds of Lorraine Quiche products with pork that were shipped to the U.S. without proper import inspection. The quiches were produced in April 2025 and lack a USDA inspection mark. No illnesses have been reported, but the products may still be in home freezers.

  • Do not eat these products.
  • Throw away any Lorraine Quiche with pork you have, or return it to your store.
  • Check your freezer for 19.8-lb. boxes with expiration dates of April 8, 2028, or April 16, 2028.
  • Call your doctor if you or your family feel sick after eating this product.
