AJC International frozen pork recalled for import inspection violation
Do not eat AJC International frozen pork
AJC International is recalling approximately 17,428 pounds of frozen pork products that were not properly inspected when imported into the U.S. The affected product is frozen pork front hock sold in 33-pound boxes with specific lot codes and expiration dates between July 14–27, 2025. These items were distributed to Hawaii, American Samoa, and Palau.
- Do not eat this product if you have it.
- Throw away the frozen pork or return it to where you bought it.
- Check your freezer for boxes labeled 'Frozen Pork Front Hock' with box code 18019 and lot number 251497.
- Call USDA at 1-888-674-6854 with questions about food safety.
