Wegmans Organic Ham recalled for foreign material contamination

Stop eating Wegmans Organic Ham

E. G. Mills & Sons recalled approximately 5,896 pounds of Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Organic Ham deli meat because a plastic bag broke during packaging, allowing foreign material to contaminate the product. The affected ham was produced May 29, 2014, and sold between June 12–25, 2014 at Wegmans stores in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

  • Check your ham for the pack numbers 14941309, 14941310, or 14941311
  • Do not eat the product if you have it
  • Return it to Wegmans or throw it away
