Maple Leaf Foods quiche recalled for missing import inspection
Do not eat Maple Leaf quiche products
Maple Leaf Foods recalled approximately 24,768 pounds of frozen ham and cheese quiche that were shipped to the U.S. without undergoing required food safety inspection at the border. The products were produced on February 8, 2017, and distributed to stores in multiple states. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you purchased them.
- Throw away the quiche or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Check your freezer for Schneiders Lorraine or H.E.B. Chef Prepared Foods branded 24-oz ham and cheese quiche with pack codes 62000 8096 9 or 41220 63400 9.
- Call your doctor if you or anyone in your family becomes ill after eating these products.
