Ruiz Food Products recalled approximately 50,706 pounds of El Monterey Signature frozen breakfast burritos (egg, sausage, cheese, and potato) because they may contain pieces of white semi-rigid plastic. The burritos were produced on March 3, 2018, and distributed nationally. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your freezer for El Monterey Signature burritos with lot codes 18062 or 18063 and "best by" dates of 3/3/2019 or 3/4/2019
- Look for establishment number "EST. 17523A" on the back of the package
- Do not eat these burritos—throw them away or return them to the store
