Gold Canyon Meat Company recalled several ground beef patty products because they may contain pieces of hard white plastic. The affected products were produced on October 21, 2021, and were shipped to restaurants in Arizona and California. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check your freezer for Gold Canyon ground beef patties with lot code 29421 and item numbers 4512991, 4757111, 3752811, 3138361, 3962551, 3942041, or 3926911.
- Do not serve or consume these products.
- Throw away affected products or return them to where you purchased them.
- Contact your healthcare provider if you have eaten any of these patties and feel ill.
