Golden Maple chicken bologna recalled for import without U.S. inspection
Throw out Golden Maple chicken bologna
Erie Meat Products Ltd. imported approximately 1,224 pounds of Golden Maple chicken bologna into the United States without required U.S. food safety inspection. The products do not bear the official USDA mark of inspection. These items were distributed to correctional institutions in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas in November 2021. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not serve Golden Maple Chicken Bologna with product code 91203 and "Best Before" dates of April 13, April 18, or May 3, 2023.
- Throw away these products or return them to where they were purchased.
- Contact your healthcare provider if you have concerns about a reaction from eating this product.
