Sara Lee Foodservice recalled approximately 82,440 pounds of smoked sausage rope due to a labeling error. The product contains hydrolyzed soy protein, a known allergen that was not listed on the package label. The affected sausages were distributed to correctional facilities nationwide between January and June 2014.
