Do not serve Tyson Foods breaded chicken tenderloins

Tyson Foods recalled approximately 2,316 pounds of uncooked, frozen breaded chicken tenderloins (lot code 1378NLR02, establishment P-746) produced on May 17, 2018, because they may contain fragments of blue and clear plastic. The contamination was traced to the breadcrumb supplier. These products were shipped only to food service institutions, not to grocery stores.

  • If your food service facility received these products, do not serve them.
  • Discard any affected chicken tenderloins immediately.
  • Contact Tyson Foods at (888) 747-7611 if you have questions about whether your facility received this product.
