H-E-B Texas Heritage smoked beef brisket sausage contains pork casing that is not listed on the label. This undeclared ingredient could trigger an allergic reaction in people with pork allergies. The affected products were made between June 2016 and May 2018.

  • Do not eat these products if you have a pork allergy
  • Throw away the sausage or return it to where you bought it
  • Check your freezer—some product may still be frozen
  • Call your doctor if you have symptoms after eating this sausage
