Throw out Traditions frozen chicken and waffle meals
Valley Innovative Services recalled approximately 130,071 pounds of frozen chicken patty and waffle meals, turkey ham and waffle meals, and oatmeal with waffle and sausage products because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes. The contamination came from waffle ingredients used in the products. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check your freezer for Traditions brand meals with "EST. 18350" on the package and production dates between May 2016 and May 2017.
- Do not eat these products.
- Throw away the products or return them to where you bought them.
- Seek medical attention if you have flu-like symptoms within two months of eating these products, especially if you are elderly, pregnant, or have a weakened immune system.
