Check roast beef labels from Stock Yards
Stock Yards Meat Packing Co., Inc. recalled approximately 2,149 pounds of roast beef that was incorrectly labeled as corned beef. The mislabeled product was produced on February 18, 2015, and distributed in Arizona and California. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check packages labeled "Ready to Cook CORNED BEEF Bottom Round Flat" with establishment number EST. 6071
- Do not use if the product has a use-or-freeze date of 4/22/2015 or earlier
- Return the product to where you purchased it or contact Stock Yards Meat Packing at (847) 232-5898
