GNP Company recalled about 55,608 pounds of chicken products produced June 6–9, 2016, because sand and black soil were found in some items. The recall affects multiple Goldn Plump and Just Bare chicken products sold nationwide to food service and retail customers. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check if you have any Goldn Plump or Just Bare chicken products with use-by dates between June 16–29, 2016
- Look for establishment number P-322 inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
- Do not cook or eat it
