Delta's Best and Sea Brand swai fillets recalled for import violations

Do not eat recalled swai fillets

U.S. Cado Holdings, Inc. is recalling approximately 28,000 pounds of frozen swai fish fillets imported from Vietnam that were distributed without proper federal inspection and testing. The products were sold under the Delta's Best Basa and Sea Brand labels and were distributed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these products if you purchased them
  • Throw away the fillets or return them to where you bought them
  • Check your freezer for packages with lot numbers 023015, 023021, or SW1601-02-16090 and best-by dates between March 1 and March 16, 2018
