Stop eating Eckrich Smok-Y Cheddar Breakfast Sausage
Armour Eckrich Meats recalled approximately 90,978 pounds of Eckrich Smok-Y Cheddar Breakfast Sausage produced in late April 2017 because pieces of metal were found embedded in the product. The sausage was distributed to stores in Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Do not eat this sausage if you have it at home.
- Check your freezer for packages with UPC code 27815 17984 and "Use By" date of 08/17/17.
- Throw the product away or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Call 1-877-933-4625 if you have questions about the recall.
