Lebanese Butcher Slaughter, Inc. in Warrenton, Virginia recalled approximately 902 pounds of unlabeled beef, goat, and lamb that were processed and sold without federal inspection on March 28–29, 2015. The meat was initially inspected during slaughter but was then processed over a weekend without an inspector present and sold directly to consumers.
- Do not eat any unlabeled beef, goat, or lamb products purchased directly from Lebanese Butcher Slaughter between March 28–29, 2015.
- If you have this meat, throw it away or return it to the establishment.
- Contact your doctor if you have eaten this product and experience any allergic reaction or illness.
