Cookin' Good whole young chickens recalled for temperature processing defect

Perdue Food LLC recalled about 720 pounds of Cookin' Good whole young chickens because they may not have been cooled to the correct temperature during processing. A plant employee used the wrong water line during cooling, affecting only 9 boxes shipped to distributors in the Northeast. No illnesses have been reported.
- Look for Cookin' Good Whole Young Chickens packages with establishment number P-764 produced on September 3, 2014
- Do not use the product if you have it
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it
