Cauldron Soups beef bone broth recalled for lack of federal inspection
Do not consume Cauldron Soups beef bone broth
Cauldron Soups, LLC recalled approximately 5,163 pounds of beef bone broth products produced between December 2016 and May 2017 because they were made without required federal inspection. The affected products were sold in Washington state and online under brand names including Vital Choice and Cauldron Broths. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat Cauldron Soups or Vital Choice beef bone broth with the affected best-by dates (ranging from 1/3/2018 to 3/28/2018).
- Check for establishment number EST.45953 on the USDA inspection seal.
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it.
- Contact your doctor if you consumed the product and feel ill.
