Do not serve Kabob's Acquisition frozen appetizers
Kabob's Acquisition, Inc. recalled approximately 44,850 pounds of frozen, uncooked meat and poultry appetizers produced between December 2015 and January 2016 due to possible E. coli O121 contamination. The affected products include items such as chicken fritters, beef pastelitos, spring rolls, and various other frozen hors d'oeuvres sold to hotels, restaurants, and institutional food services.
- Do not serve or consume any Kabob's Acquisition frozen meat or poultry appetizers with packaging dates between PM15M08 and PM16A15
- Check your freezer for recalled products—look for establishment number Est. 6640 or P-6640 on the USDA mark of inspection
- Discard recalled items or return them to your distributor
- Contact Kabob's Acquisition or your food service supplier if you have questions about specific products
