Nueske's braised pork products recalled for undeclared brown rice flour and glycerin

Nueske's Meat Products is recalling about 12,946 pounds of braised pork medallions and pork shanks sold between February 2017 and May 2018. The products contain brown rice flour and glycerin that were not listed on the label. No illnesses have been reported.

• Check your freezer for Nueske's Braised Pork Medallions or Braised Pork Shank with lot codes listed in the recall
• Do not eat the product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to rice flour or glycerin
• Call Nueske's Customer Service at (800) 720-1153 for a refund or replacement
