Sikorski Sausages meat and poultry sausages recalled for lack of import inspection
Do not eat Sikorski Sausages products
Sikorski Sausages Co., Ltd. imported approximately 74 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry sausages that were not properly inspected when entering the United States. The products were imported on May 14, 2019, and sold at retail locations. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these sausages if you purchased them
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Check your refrigerator and freezer for products with Canadian establishment number "810" on the inspection seal
