Skyline Provisions ground beef recalled for foreign object contamination
Do not use Skyline Provisions ground beef
Skyline Provisions, Inc. recalled approximately 5,620 pounds of raw ground beef produced on August 19, 2023, because it may contain a foreign object. The products were distributed to institutions in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin. No injuries have been reported.
- Do not serve or consume Skyline Provisions ground beef (Item #000248 or #000293).
- Throw away the product or return it to where it was purchased.
- Check your freezer if your institution received this product.
- Call USDA at 888-674-6854 if you have health concerns.
