Do not eat Afandina Halal chicken products
Afandina Halal recalled raw chicken products (boneless leg meat, whole chicken legs, and chicken cutlets) produced between May 14 and June 22, 2018, because they were made without federal food safety inspection. The products were distributed to commercial establishments in New York City. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you have them
- Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them
- Check your freezer for packages with establishment number P-51183 on the USDA inspection seal
- Call the USDA at 1-888-674-6854 with questions (10 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday)
