Do not eat Bar-S hot dogs or corn dogs
Bar-S Foods is recalling approximately 363,888 pounds of hot dogs and corn dogs (chicken and pork) produced July 10–13, 2016, because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported. The affected products were distributed nationwide.
- Check your freezer for Bar-S Classic or Signature Pick 5 hot dogs and corn dogs with "use by" dates of October 2016 or April 2017
- Do not eat these products
- Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them
- If you are pregnant, elderly, very young, or have a weak immune system and develop flu-like symptoms within 2 months, call your doctor immediately
