Don't use Olson Meat pork blood product

Olson Meat in Orland, California produced approximately 160 pounds of pork blood with vinegar without federal food safety inspection. The product was made on September 9 and shipped frozen to Hawaii. The USDA discovered the problem during a routine inspection.

  • Do not consume Olson Meat brand pork blood with vinegar in 1-gallon jars (EST. 21799)
  • Return or discard the product if you have it
  • Contact your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about allergic reactions
