B & R Meat Processing pork products recalled for staphylococcal enterotoxin contamination

Stop eating B & R Meat Processing pork

B & R Meat Processing recalled multiple cured and uncoked pork products made between June 2014 and April 2015 because of a processing error that may have allowed staphylococcal enterotoxin to contaminate the meat. The affected products were sold at local stores and farmers markets in Arkansas. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Check your freezer for any B & R Meat Processing pork products with establishment number Est. 46910 on the USDA inspection mark
  • Do not eat these products; throw them away or return them to the store
  • If you ate any of these products and feel sick, contact your doctor
