HEB Ground Beef and Chuck recalled for metal contamination

Do not eat recalled HEB ground beef
Sam Kane Beef Processors recalled approximately 91,000 pounds of ground beef and ground chuck products sold under the HEB brand in Texas. Metal pieces about 3mm in size were found in the product, and one customer reported a chipped tooth. The affected products were produced between September 9–18, 2014.
- Check your freezer for HEB Ground Chuck (3 lb) or HEB Ground Beef (5 lb or 10 lb) packages with establishment number 337 and production dates between 09/09/14–09/18/14
- Do not eat the product if you have it
- Throw away the affected meat or return it to your store
- Contact your doctor if you have experienced mouth or tooth injury after eating this product
