Tim Hortons chicken noodle soup mix imported from Canada was not inspected by U.S. food safety officials when it entered the country. Without this required inspection, the products cannot be confirmed safe. The affected soup mix was distributed to restaurants in Maine, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania in July 2016.
