Discard CC Kitchens brand salads with recalled lettuce

CC Kitchens recalled approximately 2,415 pounds of ready-to-eat Chef Salad, Chicken & Bacon Cobb Salad, and side salad products produced between May 31 and June 5, 2017. The lettuce supplier discovered potential Listeria contamination during facility testing and initiated a precautionary recall. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Do not eat these salads if purchased between June 5–10, 2017
  • Check packages for codes 71001, 71004, 71005, or 71007 and establishment number P-45676
  • Discard the product or return it to the store where you bought it
  • Call CC Kitchens consumer hotline at (866) 458-3188 with questions
