Don't eat Loukaniko Greek Brand pork sausage
Star Natural Meats recalled about 20,000 pounds of Loukaniko Greek Brand raw pork sausage because the labels don't list milk and soy, which are in the product. The sausage also contains sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate that aren't declared on the label. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat this sausage if you have a milk or soy allergy
- Throw away any Loukaniko Greek Brand pork sausage you have, or return it to the store
- Check your freezer and refrigerator for packages marked EST. 48109 (the plant number inside the USDA inspection mark)
- Call your doctor if you or anyone in your home has consumed this product and has allergic symptoms
