Alpine Sausage Kitchen beef and pork products recalled for undeclared soy allergen

Don't eat Alpine Sausage Kitchen Vienna Sausage or Bratwurst

Alpine Sausage Kitchen recalled approximately 3,350 pounds of Vienna Sausage and Cooked Bratwurst products because they contain soy, which is not listed on the label. The affected products were produced between February 2014 and March 2015 and were shipped to retail locations in Texas. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check your freezer for Alpine Sausage Kitchen Vienna Sausage or Cooked Bratwurst in 10-lb. boxes with establishment number EST. 7060 inside the USDA mark.
  • Do not eat these products if you have a soy allergy.
  • Return the product to the store where you bought it or throw it away.
